Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you possess customer service expertise, particularly in software, and enjoy assisting customers, we invite you to apply. Your primary responsibility will involve promptly resolving customer issues and ensuring their contentment.

Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media
-Provide assistance with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support
-Collaborate with teams to resolve customer concerns
-Maintain records of customer interactions
-Identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:
-Previous customer service experience, software experience preferred; SEO knowledge is advantageous
-Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
-Availability to work six days a week, including Saturdays
-Desire to contribute to the long-term growth of the company
