So who are we? We are:
- A fast-paced and entrepreneurial Serviced Accommodation Management company which is increasing across the UK
- Currently operating in 15 major towns and cities in the UK and looking to add many more in the coming months and years
- Selling our properties on Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites such as Airbnb and
- Working with both leisure and corporate guests looking for great prices, superb service and a home away from home.
- Continuously striving to improve and refine our service to become to very best at what we do
The day-to-day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Inbound Calls (Guests, OTA’s, Housekeeping)
- Outbound calls (Guests, OTA’s, Housekeeping)
- Coordinating projects to ensure that deadlines are met
- Producing and maintaining Excel Reports
- Documenting processes
- Responding to OTA messages in a professional and friendly manner
- Basic marketing support (handling guest reviews)
- Ad-hoc tasks such as producing documents and spreadsheets
- Strong team communication
- Keeping all systems up to date
The right candidate must have a background in:
- Administration
- Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Willingness to learn new systems
- Applying critical thinking skills and not overly reliant on Chatgpt
This position will be for 40 hours per week with 2 days off. The schedule is based on the UK timezone. No side hustles/part-time work aside from this role will be allowed.
Experience in the hospitality industry itself is not essential (but would be looked upon favourably) as full training will be provided.
