Are you someone who takes pride in being the reliable, professional voice that customers first hear? We're looking for a detail-oriented person who enjoys following proven systems to help home improvement contractors grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls professionally (approximately 12 per day initially)
-Follow our established protocols for lead handling
-Learn and master our CRM system
-Support contractors with their customer service needs
-Engage in lead nurturing activities

Requirements:
-Must be available during 9-5 Eastern Time (US) Sunday through Thursday
-Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
-Professional phone manner and neutral English accent
