Customer Service Phone speaker

We are looking for a fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills to represent our dessert shop by calling customers and ensuring a positive experience. The role involves making professional phone calls, addressing feedback, and encouraging customers to leave positive reviews, which are vital for our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to customers daily between 6 PM and 8 PM (UK Time).
Use a provided script for the introduction, then tailor conversations as needed.
Handle customer criticism professionally and empathetically, ensuring their concerns are understood and addressed appropriately.
Encourage customers to leave positive reviews, highlighting how it helps our business.
Requirements:
Fluent in English with no discernible accent, ensuring clear communication.
Confidence in speaking professionally over the phone.
Ability to handle different scenarios with initiative and tact.
Available to work 2 hours daily, Monday to Sunday.
Must be reliable and customer-focused.
