Customer Service / Phone Sales / Data Entry

We are looking for employees that can handle all aspects of customer service management in our business.
This includes developing relationships with existing clients and opening new accounts and selling our products to them.
All of this work is done over the phone and via a remote computer desktop.

To do this you will have to be able to speak English very clearly and be a good listener to be able to understand our customers.

You will have to be able to learn the products that we offer and familiarize yourself with these items.

You will build personal relationships with our existing clients and take their weekly sales orders over the phone.

You will learn and understand what types of clients you are dealing with and learn to sell them items that apply to their business.

You will take the customers orders over the phone and enter them into a spreadsheet.
You will enter the customers orders from the spreadsheet into our order system.
You will process other scanned documents such as purchase orders into our software
You will study customers usage patterns of items they use to make sure they are continuing to buy products from us.
Eventually you will cold call new customers off lead lists and engage with them to build new relationships in our industry.
