Customer Service Phone Representative [Great English Speaking Skills]

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Good English Communications Skills
- Good Comprehension Skills
- Experienced in following up with the customer via Calls, Emails and Txt
- Schedule Jobs and make sure all customer interactions are documented properly
- Proactive with asking questions
- Working with Key Personnel to Streamline Processes
- Inbound and outbound experience is a must.
- Excellent call handling
- Coachable and values feedback
