Job Requirements:
• Fluent in English, with Australian accent
• At least 2 years experience working with Australian clients
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and other software of the same kind
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in remote and virtual team
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, data driven, result oriented
• Well-organized, proactive, and attentive to details
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Officer provides a crucial support to the Business Manager in terms of Client Relationship Management.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients
• Liaise with clients based in Australia to schedule meetings and work-related activities in relation to our signed contracts with them
• Answer phone calls (potential and existing clients)
• Promote our products and services to potential and existing clients
• Conduct onboarding of our new clients to our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering
• Perform tasks in relation to project deliverables for assigned clients, including preparation of manuals and other documents for submission to client

Full-time, Work from Home
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Shift, Monday-Friday
Ensures excellent and stable internet connection with a minimum standard of 20 mbps download / 5 mbps upload.
