Our company belongs in the property related and maintenance industry where we provide services (e.g., home renting, sales, property maintenance, property related etc.)
This role is for a Customer Service Officer, primarily focusing on Rental of properties. It will involve coordinating with Customers and Landlords on viewing availability as well as enquiries on available rentals or new rentals. Creating, updating property listings as well as compiling enquiry lists and data will be some of the main tasks.
We are looking for individuals who are responsible, committed, and accountable, but most importantly, take pride in the work that they produce and oversee. This will be someone who knows what it takes to deliver the best service to our customer, helping the customer to solve home related, home rental issues by giving advice and book arrangement for our team to go onsite based in Singapore. There will be ample opportunities for one to grow and nurture a multitude of skills.
This job will require you to commit full time and possibly on rotating shift.
Your day to day activities:
Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded.
Be the key contact point for all customers. Deliver fantastic service to new and existing customers using WhatsApp and related tools as your main communication tool, apart from
Manage all incoming calls/messages for enquiries, post-customer service enquiries and requests/follow up.
Communicate and report to our HQ teams daily for work progression
Creating and Updating Property Listings
Compiling and Updating enquiry lists and customer lists
Creating materials about new property listings
Follow up on all enquiries related to property rental and maintenance.
Job Requirements:
Good customer service work past experience is a bonus.
General related certification would be an advantage.
Possess good verbal and written English language communication skills.
Excellent in Excel, Word, PC skills.
Proficiency with basic graphics design and editing or video editing is preferable.
Knowledge in online marketing like AdWords,
