We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Manager to handle guest inquiries, bookings, and ensure smooth communication. This role involves working night and weekend shifts. Proficiency in Google Sheets is essential.

Responsibilities:

Manage guest communications on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
Organize bookings, schedules, and property details using Google Sheets.
Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Google Sheets and data management.
Experience in customer service is a plus.
Availability for night and weekend shifts.
Shift Details:

5 shifts per week.
8 hours per shift, including weekends and nights.
