Customer Service Manager – Airbnb & Booking.com

We’re seeking an organized Customer Service Manager to support our Airbnb and Booking.com operations. This full-time, remote role follows French time zone hours, with shifts (5 days/week, 8 hours/day, including weekends).

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Manage guest inquiries and reservations.
Issue Resolution: Quickly address guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate with the cleaning team to ensure all properties are well-maintained and ready for guests.
Documentation: Track and organize interactions using Google Sheets and Docs.
AI Tools: Leverage ChatGPT to improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
Salary: $400/month, with performance bonuses for positive guest reviews.
Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, customer service experience; fluent French is a plus.
