JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our support team for our Shopify dropshipping stores in Europe. If you’ve managed a dropshipping customer service team before and know how to keep things running smoothly, this might be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee and manage the customer service team
- Take ownership of customer service processes and make sure all emails are answered within 3-4 hours
- Actively respond to customer emails yourself daily (not just managing the team)
- Keep a clear overview of all customer interactions and potential issues
- Communicate with all CSR on a daily basis to reach the response time of 3-4 hours and improve efficiency

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in managing a customer service team for a dropshipping business
- Strong leadership skills – you know how to take charge and improve workflows
- Excellent written (and verbal) communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, hands-on attitude – you’re not afraid to jump in and help

Remote position – European time zones preferred.
