We're Hiring: Customer Service Manager

A growing home gym equipment company is looking for a Customer Service Manager who will not only lead a team but also oversee e-commerce operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage the customer service team, ensuring top performance and efficiency
• Oversee order fulfillment, inventory management, and process optimization
• Leverage Shopify, ERP tools (Brightpearl, NetSuite), and automation to streamline operations
• Improve workflows and integrate CRUpgrade to see actual infossaging automation for better customer engagement
• Collaborate with different departments to enhance operations and support marketing with customer feedback insights

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in customer service leadership & e-commerce operations
• Expert-level knowledge of Shopify and familiarity with ERP tools like Brightpearl or NetSuite
• Strong analytical skills to optimize processes and improve efficiency
• Tech-savvy, with experience in CRUpgrade to see actual infossaging automation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement
