Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage communications, and ensure the smooth running of our business. You will be handling administrative tasks, managing inquiries, and supporting various business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to customer emails and inquiries professionally and promptly.

Oversee order processing, supplier communication, and tracking updates.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the business, including administrative tasks.

Assist in organizing and managing files, reports, and other essential documents.

Coordinate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and assist in resolving any business-related concerns.

Support marketing and customer service efforts as needed.

Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar administrative or managerial role.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent email etiquette.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Experience in e-commerce, customer service, or virtual assistance is a plus.

Comfortable working in a remote setting with flexible hours.
