JOB OVERVIEW

We are in urgent need of a customer phone support representative.
Outbound and Inbound calls

Responsibilities:
Pickup phone call to give a quote, make a new reservation, assist with reservation, and cancel reservation. assigning trips to drivers. monitoring daily works.

Our job is easy but needs Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Available shifts you can choose:
Shift 6am-2pm PST Los Angeles US time Friday- Tuesday Full time.
shift 10pm to 6am PST Los Angeles US time Monday-Friday Full time
shift 6am to 6pm weekend 2 days only, this is part time

Must have:
Excellent Experience in e-commerce and call center
Must have a quiet environment (no chicken and dog barking please)
Noise Cancelling headset
