This position requires no experience, training will be provided upon hiring.

Position Synopsis:
At HHF, our entry level customer service staff members start at the position of Dispute Specialist. Disputers are trained to analyze credit reports, dispute various negative items, escalate disputes through the proper authorities, and more. As such, it is vital that candidates are coachable and have great attention to detail. All candidates will be trained in the U.S. based credit system and all procedures for credit analyzation and disputing.

Growth Path:
From Dispute Specialists, our staff are eligible to grow into the Success Manager position. Disputers can only apply for Success Manager positions after they’ve completed been with HHF for at least 6 months and have achieved at least 85% or higher in KPI metrics. We start all staff within this growth track as Disputers so we can ensure they know and understand the ins and outs of the U.S. credit system.

Success Manager Position Synopsis:
Success Managers at HHF take clients from poor credit standing to positive credit standing with the assistance of a team of disputers and the rest of the HHF support team. Success Managers are the front line, client facing teaUpgrade to see actual infomber who has a direct influence and impact on the client during their credit repair journey. Candidates are empathetic, positive, precise, encouraging, and consistent.

Shift:
CST: Monday - Friday 8:30AM (0830) - 6:00PM (1800)
1 hour paid lunch break

Entry Level Pay:
Salary pay
$400/month during introductory period (90 days.)
$500/month after introductory period. (Benefits start during this time frame.)
Yearly review based on performance for salary increases and advancement opportunities.

Growth (Success Manager) Pay:
Salary pay
$700/month during introductory and training period (90 days, benefits are kept during this time frame.)
$800/month after introductory and training period.
Yearly review based on performance for salary increases and advancement opportunities.

Benefits
Quarterly bonuses available after probation ($250 each quarter based on performance and tenure.)
PTO available after probation (10 days per calendar year.)
Off for select American holidays, described in the staff handbook received upon hiring.

Job Requirements:
Strong proficiency in English - Verbal and written.
Reliable Internet Connection - A strong, reliable internet connection is required for video conferencing and reliability to work remotely.
Quiet Home Office Space - You will be required to take calls and be on video conferences in your position.
Self-Motivated - Driven to complete tasks and manage time in an efficient manner..
Long Term Commitment: We are hiring permanent staff members, not temporary.
Detail-Oriented - Ability to pay meticulous attention to credit reports and identify discrepancies.
Problem-Solving Skills - Capability to analyze credit reports and strategize effective solutions, and planning for future repair strategies.
Positive and upbeat attitude with a track record of working effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Hard Skills:
Asana - Prior experience in using software for task management and team collaboration purposes.
Postalocity - Prior experience in using software to send out dispute letters.
Adobe - Prior experience in using software to edit update templates to present to clients.
Google Suite - Prior experience in using the suite of software services for team collaboration and communication.
Credit Repair Knowledge - Although not required for the position, an in-depth working knowledge of credit repair processes, FDCPA regulations, and current credit laws is preferred.
Credit Repair Cloud Software - Although not required for the position, prior experience in utilizing credit repair cloud software is preferred.
