Lead response, scheduling, and other VA duties as needed.

Leads from sites such as Angi's List, Thumbtack, etc. must be answered QUICKLY in order to win the job. Previous experience here is preferred.

Professional communication a must. The ability to "sell" or convince a customer to utilize us over other competitors.

Critical thinking to include scheduling to fit the geographic preferences / home of technicians, .

Other duties to help cold call to management companies, HOAs, current customer base, etc. to drive more business.
