Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Coordination:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations based on customer requests, driver availability, and traffic conditions.
• Monitor real-time locations of drivers to ensure optimal routing and timely pickups.

• Customer Interaction:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, fares, and estimated arrival times.

• Collaboration Across Departments:

• Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and other staff to coordinate schedules and address any service issues.

• Issue Resolution:

• Address and resolve service-related issues, complaints, or emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate logs of dispatch activities, driver schedules, and service incidents.
• Prepare regular reports on service performance and customer feedback.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to enhance dispatch procedures and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in dispatch operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related role.
• Proficiency in dispatch and scheduling software.
• Familiarity with GPS and mapping tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• High level of organizational and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to staying updated on industry developments and best practices.
• Highly motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in the MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature
• Main Internet should be a minimum of 20MBPs, wired only
• An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated, and updated
• Backup Internet
• Quiet Workplace
