We are seeking a detailed oriented, quick learner to join our Customer Experience Team! In this role, you will be working with our team on a number of priorities including responding timely to Live Chat and
Typical Responsibilities Include:
* Responding to customer inquiries for returns and exchanges, tracking, entering purchase orders, etc.
* Helping customers on live chat locate the correct mount for their device
* Responding to inquiries and overcoming common objections posted on social media
Required Skills + Experience:
* Strong English Communication both written and verbal
* Direct experience using a customer response platform like LiveChat, Gorgias, Zendesk, experience using Richpanel Preferred!
* Shopify and SellerCentral experience
* Experience using Asana, Zoom, Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets
