JOB OVERVIEW

HIDEit is a fast-paced e-Commerce company based in Reno, Nevada with a growing remote team.

We are seeking a detailed oriented, quick learner to join our Customer Experience Team! In this role, you will be working with our team on a number of priorities including responding timely to Live Chat and Email, comments on Social Media Platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, as well as assisting customers across multiple marketplaces! Must have excellent English communication (written and verbal), ability to prioritize tasks, and when faced with a roadblock, the ability to find solutions.

Typical Responsibilities Include:
* Responding to customer inquiries for returns and exchanges, tracking, entering purchase orders, etc.
* Helping customers on live chat locate the correct mount for their device
* Responding to inquiries and overcoming common objections posted on social media

Required Skills + Experience:
* Strong English Communication both written and verbal
* Direct experience using a customer response platform like LiveChat, Gorgias, Zendesk, experience using Richpanel Preferred!
* Shopify and SellerCentral experience
* Experience using Asana, Zoom, Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets
