JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Associate plays a critical role in supporting both generator sales operations and overall client satisfaction across various services. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and organized records as well as overseeing the Sales Tracker to ensure timely communication and smooth sales processing. Beyond administrative tasks, the role also involves handling lead sources and ensuring prompt follow-ups to optimize lead conversion rates. The Customer Service Associate is expected to provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to sales, installations, and general service requests. A key responsibility is reaching out to clients after services are rendered to ensure five-star service was delivered, addressing any concerns to enhance the customer experience and encourage positive reviews.


Pay Range: $6 with a performance review scheduled after 90 days of employment. We believe in rewarding exceptional talents.

Objectives:

-Ensure timely and accurate tracking of generator sales leads, maintaining organized and up-to-date records in the Generator Sales Leads Tracker.
-Oversee the Generator Sales Tracker to monitor the status of all ongoing sales, ensuring no delays in communication or processing.
-Manage the Generator Scheduling Sheet, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure generator installations are scheduled and executed efficiently.
-Handle the lead source’s website and leads, ensuring prompt follow-ups and maximizing lead conversion rates.
-Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to generator sales, installations, and scheduling.
-Call serviced clients to ensure five-star service was provided, addressing any concerns to enhance the customer experience and encourage five-star reviews.


Competencies:
-Ability to manage multiple trackers and scheduling sheets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Strong verbal and written communication to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and leads.
-Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills, ensuring a positive customer experience.
-Proficiency in using CRM tools, trackers, and scheduling software, with the ability to adapt quickly to new platforms.
-Excellent time management to ensure timely updates and follow-ups on leads, scheduling, and customer inquiries.


Education and Experience:
-A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service position.

-Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
