We’re looking for 2-3 experienced and hardworking ecommerce customer service representatives to join our team. You will be working in Shopify and our Customer Experience CRM to answer emails and SMS chats from customers around the world in order to make every customer interaction memorable.

Job Requirements:
- Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in dropshipping customer service.
- Work quickly and follow customer service processes by managing 20–25 conversations per hour.
- Communicate effectively in C1+ English with exceptional clarity.
- Leverage hands-on experience with Shopify and customer service CRM.
- Engage actively and share ideas openly in team meetings with management and the CEO.
- Attend the annual in-person team meetup and retreat.
- Maintain a fast and stable internet connection.
