We’re looking for 2-3 experienced and hardworking ecommerce customer service representatives to join our team. You will be working in Shopify and our Customer Experience CRM to answer
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in dropshipping customer service.
- Work quickly and follow customer service processes by managing 20–25 conversations per hour.
- Communicate effectively in C1+ English with exceptional clarity.
- Leverage hands-on experience with Shopify and customer service CRM.
- Engage actively and share ideas openly in tea
- Attend the annual in-person tea
- Maintain a fast and stable internet connection.
