Responsibilities:

???? Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
????? Handle order processing, returns, and refunds within the Shopify platform.
???? Ensure a positive customer experience by providing personalized support.
???? Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically.
???? Maintain accurate customer records and interactions within our CRM system.
???? Coordinate with fulfillment teams to address shipping and delivery concerns.
???? Work closely with the team to improve customer service processes.
???? Provide insights and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:

???? Proven experience in e-commerce customer service (Shopify experience preferred).
???? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
???? Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
? Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
???? Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach.
???? Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

???? Multilingual skills are a plus.
???? Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar.
???? Previous experience in the health and beauty niche is a big advantage.
