You will play a key role in interacting with our customers and ensuring their needs are met quickly and efficiently.
Your tasks:
Handling customer inquiries via
Support with orders, returns and product inquiries
Documenting customer feedback and problem solving
Ensuring an excellent customer experience
Supporting the team in improving service processes and strategies
Your profile:
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or the fashion industry
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Friendly, helpful and patient working style
Independence, reliability and quick responsiveness
Experience with customer service software (e.g. Zendesk) is an advantage
