Hi, I'm Anouk, and we're looking for a part-time, long-term Customer Service Agent for our health & fitness brand.
We are an e-commerce company focused on promoting health and fitness products in the European markets.

Our main goal is to provide exceptional customer service with consistent quality and offer plenty of opportunities for growth within our organization.
We are looking for someone to work 16 hours per week, preferably with no other job commitments, who is eager to build hours over the long term and pursue a career in customer support.

Requirements:
Previous experience in e-commerce customer service

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and phone
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
