We are a US-based company in the shipping and mailing world. We are looking for full-time and part-time customer service agents interested in a steady career and long-term employment opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Interact with customers via Phone, Chat and
Learn our system to help answer queries from customers
Provide Demo to new customers trying to understand the service
Onboard customers, update and create documentation
Own performance metrics to perform at 95%+ satisfaction rate
Must have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to interact with customers on video
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Solid attention to detail and experience in a customer service-driven environment
Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
Good understanding of customer relationship management
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
