Driven by limo / Omnicar is a chauffeured limousine company.
Due to strong growth we are looking for a bright, friendly & outgoing person to fulfil the position within the organisation.
Your Job Role will include:
- Answering Inbound Calls from clients needing to make bookings
- Manage the busy inbox and respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Provide Quotes to clients
- Entering Client bookings into the system when needed
- Allocating jobs to our Limousine Drivers
-Add on the tolls used by the client
-Bill the customers daily
-Follow up clients as necessary regarding accounts and queries via email and phone
-Respond to customer complaints
- Miscellaneous administrative duties
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
The successful applicant will need to be
- Confident with administration and phone skills
- Customer focused
- Reliable &Punctual
- Have great customer Service skills
- Solid in Verbal and Written English
- Computer Literate (MS Word/Excel/gmail)
- Team player
- Need to be able to work independently
- Have strong attention to detail
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Great attitude towards work and Peers
- A solid internet network is required
-A quiet background as you will be speaking to clients over the phone.
-You will need to be available on zoom or Google meet
Job Type and Category
Time required:
Part time and full time positions are available and the applicant needs to be available to work day and night shifts including weekends.
The successful applicant will need to be flexible to cover the hours required between 7am to 11pm as hours may vary on a weekly basis.
Full training is provided . Salary is $528 Australian Per Month.
