Small company looking for a hardworking, attentive, and dedicated team member eager to learn a new financial business and grow with the company. As a part of the customer service team, responsibilities include:

1. **Responding to Inquiries**: Providing prompt and helpful answers to customer questions via chat, email, or social media.
2. **Live Chat Support**: Offering real-time assistance on the company website to ensure quick resolutions.
3. **Providing Accurate Information**: Communicating detailed product and service information clearly.
4. **Maintaining the Knowledge Base**: Regularly updating FAQs, blogs and help center articles.
5. **Guiding Customers Through Processes**: Offering step-by-step assistance to help customers navigate ordering process.
6. **Technical Troubleshooting**: Supporting customers with technical issues to provide timely solutions.
7. . **Account Setup and Management**: Verifying customer accounts and business information for account setup.
8. **Payment and Subscription Assistance**: Supporting customers with payment queries, refunds, and subscription management.
9. **Proactive Outreach**: Contacting affiliates and influencers on promoting our services.
10. **Comprehensive Documentation**: Keeping detailed records of each customer interaction.
