Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with inquiries and support
Assist clients with product/service information and troubleshoot any concerns
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and follow-through
Respond to client feedback and address issues when necessary
Track and monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to service improvements
Requirements:
Experience in customer service or an administrative role
Excellent English
Strong communication and people skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
