JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Shopify & Zendesk Customer Service Agent for our online eCommerce store.

What you will get:
• This is a part-time role that is paid at $4/hour.
• You are expected to work 20 hours per week Monday to Friday between either 8 am - 12 noon or 1 pm - 5 pm PHT.
• The successful candidate will be required to use Timeproof to submit their working hours.
• There may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to move to 40 hours per week depending on worker capabilities and business need.
• On-the-job training and comprehensive documentation will be provided for all tasks.
• Career opportunities at a growing company to step up into customer service management and also assist us with building processes, systems, and guides on how to perform tasks within the business.

What you will do:
• Manage and respond to all customer service through email using Zendesk
• Manage customer orders and returns through Shopify and Duoplane
• Update inventory
• Respond to chargebacks and PayPal cases

Essential Criteria:
• At least 1 year working in a similar role
• Candidate does not have another job
• Experience communicating with customers over Zendesk support
• Experience working with Shopify
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent English Language skills
• Strong attention to detail

Desirable Criteria:
• Experience working with Duoplane (or similar order processing software)
