About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-focused and reliable Customer Service Admin Officer to join our remote team. This role is primarily administrative, with minimal direct customer contact. You'll be responsible for rating and managing service calls in our Buz system and responding to incoming customer inquiries as needed. Occasionally, you may need to reach out to customers to clarify or qualify service details.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately rate and process all service calls within the Buz system.
Monitor and manage incoming service-related inquiries via email or phone.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure service requests are correctly categorised and actioned.
Contact customers only when necessary to confirm or clarify service details.
Keep records updated and ensure all service tickets are tracked appropriately.
Support the broader customer service team with admin tasks as required.


What We’re Looking For

Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience using service management or ticketing systems (experience with Buz is a plus).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A calm, solutions-focused approach when dealing with service issues.
Previous experience in a customer service or admin support role preferred.
