JOB OVERVIEW

The primary purpose of this role is to provide guest support for a fast growing vacation rental management company.
We are looking for someone who is EXCELLENT at guest communication and customer service.

MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED AND ABLE TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON PROJECTS

Doorway Travel has grown from 0-40 properites in 24 months and we need help! Quality guest messaging is the #1 priority to our company finding continued success and earning 5 star reviews from guests.

When not messaging with guests, the Customer Service Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing company operations.

A person in this role must be able to:
-Communicate clearly and effectively with guests in ENGLISH
-Utilize multiple platforms to connect with guests - PMS, Ring Central, Furnished Finder
-Problem solve on the phone with guests and follow clear instruction
-Build out templates and SOPs
-Write clear and concise messages when a template does not fit
-MUST LOVE TALKING WITH GUESTS!
-Schedule may include 3rd shift work.

Must haves:
-Direct customer service expereince in the vacation rental market - Airbnb experience preffered!
-Fast and reliable internet connection - No regular brown or black-outs!
-Great English skills
-Trustworthy and reliable schedule
