JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company managing multiple high-performing brands in the fashion and home niches. Our mission? Build brands people love — with customer experience at the core of everything we do. To scale our support team, we’re looking for a sharp, proactive Customer Service Representative.

You’ll be the first line of communication for our customers across several stores. You’ll handle inquiries, solve issues, and support post-purchase experiences — always keeping our tone of voice on point. You’ll work closely with our team via Slack, stay organized, and help improve our service quality.

We’re only looking for someone who checks the following boxes:
• Experience in e-commerce customer support (required)
• Familiarity with Shopify, Slack, Google Docs & Google Workspace (required)
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Proactive, organized and solution-focused
• Available during European business hours
• No other freelance clients – this role requires full dedication to Broad Labz
