JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Service Representative (Part-Time to Full-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably within the dropshipping or eCommerce space. Experience with Reamaze is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via Reamaze (email, chat, and social media).
Assist customers with orders, product information, and shipping updates.
Resolve issues such as returns, exchanges, and refunds professionally.
Collaborate with the team to streamline support processes as we expand.
Requirements:

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Familiarity with Reamaze and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
Experience supporting dropshipping stores, especially in fashion or other trending products.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Flexible to start part-time with the opportunity to move into a full-time role as we open new stores.
