Customer Service Representative
Jade Jewelers is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring an outstanding customer experience that aligns with our brand's luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via
Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
Handle customer concerns, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.
Assist clients in the custom jewelry process by answering questions and guiding them through options.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
Collaborate with other tea
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in luxury retail or e-commerce.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.
Passion for luxury jewelry and an understanding of Jade Jewelers’ brand values is a bonus.
