The Job Description:
As our Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top-notch support. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide our customers through their experience with us. Your proficiency with Shopify and structured approach to work will ensure smooth and efficient customer interactions.

What You’ll Do:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
2. Collaborate with the me to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
3. Track daily information of tickets
4. Label emails
5. Work with disputes and refunds

What We’re Looking For:

1. Fluent English (important): Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Experience in Customer Support: A proven track record in providing excellent customer service.
3. Shopify Expertise: Familiarity with Shopify’s platform and its features.
4. Experience with AI, being able to work fast and learn fast
5. Structured and Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain detailed records.
6. People Person: Friendly, empathetic, and eager to build relationships with customers and team members alike.
7. Team Player: Open to feedback and collaboration, with a genuine interest in contributing to us.
8. Experience with disputes/refunds
