Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to manage customer inquiries and support for our Shopify-based women's clothing store. You'll ensure our customers receive prompt, friendly, and helpful service, maintaining our brand's reputation for quality and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via
Handle order issues, returns, and shipping queries.
Process refunds, exchanges, and order updates.
Maintain customer service records and FAQs.
Ensure all customer interactions align with our brand's voice and values.
Requirements:
Previous experience with Shopify customer service.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with women’s fashion trends and sizing.
