4. Maintain meticulous records and notes within our CRM system (HubSpot).
5. Deliver exceptional customer service, exuding friendliness, empathy, and professionalism.

7. Proficiently uses basic Google Docs and Sheets.
8. Has atleast 2 years of experience as SALES REPRESENTATIVE
