Summary of Position:
• To operate as the point of contact for designated customers and accounts.
• To maintain and develop long-term relationships with accounts
• Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely manor
• To be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• To track and forecast client account metrics
• To be able to effectively manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals whilst meeting company goals simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Managing customer queries and complaints
• Identify any opportunities for business growth with our existing clients
• Cross-work with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
• Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients
• Meet deadlines and service multiple clients concurrently
• Maintain and keep records of client transactions
Personal Specification
Qualifications & Training:
• Educated to GCSE level. Must have GCSE Maths at Grade C level or above.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel.
• Data and analytical Skills
Experience:
• At least 3 year’s relevant work experience.
Qualities and Attitude:
• Well-organized, good team player, problem -solving approach, Proactive
Desirable Skills:
• Relevant financial qualification. Previous experience of Xero Accounts system
