JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining and building strong relationships with our existing clients, as well as following up with potential clients who have not yet closed. This individual will be responsible for calling and checking in on current clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services. Additionally, the role involves following up with potential clients through phone calls or emails to maintain a connection and facilitate the closing process. The ideal candidate should be experienced in customer service, able to carry meaningful conversations, adept at building relationships, and comfortable using CRM tools like Podio to manage and track interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Check-ins: Regularly call and check on current clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction with our services and address any concerns.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Follow-up with Potential Clients: Call and follow up with clients we have made initial contact with, but who have not yet completed the sales process, to encourage further engagement.
- Email and Phone Communication: Send follow-up emails or make phone calls to ensure open lines of communication with both existing and potential clients.
- CRM Management: Use Podio (CRM) to track and manage client interactions, log follow-up calls, update client records, and monitor progress toward closing sales.
- Collaboration with Sales and Service Teams: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to provide clients with accurate information about our services and resolve any issues promptly.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on client engagement efforts and the status of potential clients.

Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of holding engaging and professional conversations.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow directions and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (experience with Podio is a plus) and basic office software like email and spreadsheets.
- Problem Solving: Able to anticipate client needs, identify potential issues, and address them proactively.
- Eagerness to Learn: A desire to learn about the company’s services and contribute to business growth.
