Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for enhancing the customer journey.
What does it involve?
Customer Service:
Reply to buyer messages, social media inquiries, and
Respond to buyer questions and engage with comments on reviews.
Manage seller feedback and arrange refunds and replacements as needed.
Handle product insert promo codes, including creating new codes and updating ManyChat promo codes.
Strategy:
Identify opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback and after-sales service insights.
Contribute to product launches by gathering and analyzing customer input.
Analysis:
Track product defects and analyze refund rates to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Monitor and analyze reviews to understand customer sentiment and enhance our offerings.
Conduct review pricing analysis to ensure competitive positioning.
What is required?
We are looking for someone:
Proven experience in a customer service or customer experience role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries.
A proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs.
Accountability, ownership, and proactiveness are essential qualities.
Pay Rate
Your pay rate will reflect your results & past experience
Pay range = $4 - 7 per hour
