What are the VA's primary responsibilities?
-Handle customer service email
-Reach out to new sign-ups via email
-Occasionally assist with social media
-Reach out to people whose payment did not process
-Reach out to people who abandoned their carts at checkout
-Cross-train with another VA to assist with downloading and editing photos to be used in Canva.
-Fulfill image orders

What would a typical day in this role look like? 
-A typical day is logging into our customer service email and then organizing and answering emails.
-Must have skills: organization, reliability, positive communication, problem-solving, patience and empathy time management, adaptability, conflict resolution, attention to detail, team work.
-It would be nice to have a customer service agent who can appropriately manage customers as a representative of our company.
-Gmail, Outlook, and Upgrade to see actual info

Success will be measured by ensuring customers receive an email response within three days and by gauging customer satisfaction through their feedback and whether their questions are fully answered. Additionally, a coupon code will be provided for the customer service agent to offer individuals who do not have a current membership with our company. If the customer service agent successfully converts a minimum of 20 potential customers per month, it will justify the investment in employing the VA. Given the quality of content we will provide to the customer service agent, persuading customers to sign up should not be difficult.

(GMT-07:00) (MST): Denver, Calgary
20 hours/week
Monday-Friday
8am - 12pm MST
