Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 UK time (1-hour flexible break)

Compensation: $4 hourly rate (starting lower, with increases based on performance) + commission for successful onboarding contributions

DealerMetrics is changing how used car dealers find stock. Our browser-based search app gives dealers real-time access to inventory from multiple platforms, making vehicle sourcing more efficient and data-driven.

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to take ownership of outreach and customer engagement. This role involves contacting a set number of prospects daily, introducing them to DealerMetrics, answering inquiries, and helping them explore how the platform can benefit their business.

The role focuses on informing, assisting, and setting up conversations with potential users. If you enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and providing helpful information, this could be a great fit for you.

- What You’ll Be Doing -
Daily Outreach – Contact a specific number of new prospects daily through email and phone to introduce DealerMetrics.

Customer Engagement – Provide information, answer questions, and help prospects understand how the platform works.

Appointment Setting – Arrange follow-up conversations or demos where needed, ensuring potential users have the information they need.

Follow-Ups & Relationship Management – Keep in touch with interested prospects and maintain clear records of interactions.
Basic Admin & CRM Management – Log communications, update customer records, and support team operations with simple admin tasks.

Strong Communicator – Confident in writing and speaking English, with the ability to engage prospects professionally and helpfully.

Organized & Consistent – Comfortable working with a structured daily outreach plan and keeping track of follow-ups.

Customer-Focused – Someone who enjoys providing helpful information and ensuring prospects have a positive experience.

Tech-Savvy – Able to work with emails, CRM tools, and outreach software efficiently.
Self-Motivated – Can work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative to improve outreach efforts.
