VA no. 1 Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a real estate business in transaction coordination, database management, and lead tracking. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-managed once trained, and able to work collaboratively to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and execute all non-client-facing tasks related to pre-listing and contract-to-close checklists.
-Handle email and database management to ensure accurate records and smooth communication.
-Track and source leads, analyze ROI, and maintain lead management systems.
-Organize and manage transaction documentation using industry tools.
-Collaborate effectively with the team to meet deadlines and operational goals.


Qualifications:
-Proven experience in real estate support, transaction coordination, or related administrative roles.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach.
-Ability to work independently after training and meet deadlines consistently.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Tools You Will Use:

Working Hours:
-Full-time position: 40 hours per week
-Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (Graveyard Shift)

The ideal candidate will be a people person who thrives in a dynamic environment, helping us provide exceptional customer support and smooth operational processes. This role is essential in managing customer inquiries, liaising between departments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.
-Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, including the warehouse and inventory management teams, to resolve customer queries and manage requests.
-Issue Resolution: Handle and action customer issues promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
-Tools Utilization: Manage customer care tasks using Shopify, Gorgias, Slack, and Google Sheets.

Required Skills & Qualities:
-Proactive & Independent: Ability to work autonomously, yet be a team player when needed.
-Fluent in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
