We are a California based digital marketing company, looking for an experienced Customer Care Specialist
Agent is expected to meet established performance goals in the areas of supporting customers, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, adherence, and attendance. Work effectively in a virtual, work-at-home, telecommute position as a customer care rep.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Connect with call leads
Use active listening skills to complete a thorough needs analysis
Present and explain products using a consultative approach based on the member’s needs and goals
Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills including: the ability to effectively search for and type information on the computer, navigate through multiple windows and screens quickly, and inputting information accurately while keeping pace with the call
Requirements/Qualifications:
Ability to work effectively from home
Minimum of 5 years recent experience
Requires excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
