What You’ll Be Doing
As a Custom Dashboard & Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing tailored data dashboards for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing custom dashboards tailored to client needs, managing large datasets and integrating over 50 KPIs per customer.
- Managing and analyzing large data sets to ensure accuracy and relevance in dashboard displays.
- Customizing dashboards across various platforms, with a preference for Power BI or Bubble.
- Troubleshooting and resolving dashboard issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Documenting dashboard processes and configurations to ensure clarity and consistency.

- Dashboard Design & Development: Expertise in creating and implementing custom dashboards.
- Data Analysis & Management: Ability to handle large datasets and integrate complex KPIs.
- Platform Proficiency: Strong skills in Power BI, Bubble, or similar platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Quick and effective troubleshooting of dashboard issues.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in data handling and dashboard customization.

- Documentation: Ability to maintain clear and thorough documentation of processes.

Reporting Structure:

Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Finance is preferred but not required.

Start Date:
