Crypto Coin Listing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Crypto Coin Listing Manager to oversee the successful listing of our cryptocurrency on major exchanges. The role involves handling all aspects of the listing process, from preparing the project’s documentation to negotiating with exchanges, ensuring compliance, and overseeing post-listing activities. You will work closely with the project’s development, legal, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and timely listing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Exchange Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier cryptocurrency exchanges (centralized and decentralized).
• Research and identify new exchanges that could potentially list the coin/token.
• Handle communications with exchanges, including preparing the necessary paperwork and documentation required for listings.
• Listing Application Process:
• Coordinate and manage the submission of applications to exchanges, ensuring that all required information (whitepapers, legal documents, technology reviews, etc.) is provided in a timely manner.
• Guide the project team through the exchange’s listing requirements, timelines, and conditions.
• Due Diligence Coordination:
• Ensure that all technical, legal, and regulatory aspects of the coin/token are compliant with the exchange’s standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams (e.g., legal, technical) to address any concerns or questions raised by exchanges during their due diligence process.
• Market Preparation:
• Work with the marketing team to develop a strategic plan for promoting the listing of the coin/token on exchanges.
• Prepare press releases, marketing materials, and social media strategies to maximize exposure during the listing announcement.
• Coordinate with influencers, partners, and the crypto community to generate hype and demand prior to listing.
• Listing Negotiation and Execution:
• Negotiate the terms of the listing with exchanges, including listing fees, promotional activities, and additional support.
• Oversee the technical aspects of the listing, ensuring smooth integration of the coin/token onto the exchange platform.
• Post-Listing Support:
• Monitor the coin’s performance post-listing, addressing any liquidity, technical, or community-related issues.
• Collaborate with the community and support teams to ensure a smooth trading experience for users.
• Provide ongoing updates to exchanges regarding any updates or developments to the coin or token.
Requirements:
• Experience:
• With Crypto coin listing experience
• Proven track record of successfully listing coins/tokens on major cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Experience with both centralized and decentralized exchange listings is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency exchanges, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in preparing technical and legal documentation for exchanges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain protocols is a must.
