What You’ll Do
• Daily bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations, aged receivables, aged payables, and VAT returns.
• Prepare month-end reports for firm clients.
• Use our practice management software to maintain accurate and timely records.
• Work with Xero and QuickBooks Online for client accounts.
• Deliver WOW service that exceeds client expectations and upholds our reputation for excellence.
• Collaborate with our team during weekly meetings.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience using Xero and QuickBooks Online.
• Skills: Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
• Fluency: Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Personality: Loves working with structure, systems, and processes.
