Are you a skilled Credit Repair Specialist with experience in the American credit system- Do you have a passion for helping individuals and businesses secure funding and financial freedom- If so, we want YOU on our team!

I’m Gene Ryland, the founder of Credit Rescue Solutions, a B2B accelerator that has helped over 50 clients in the past year access business funding and improve their financial standing. We’re looking to scale to 15+ new clients per month—and we need a top-tier Credit Specialist to make that happen.

This is a remote, full-time position requiring availability during EST business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday-Friday).

Who We're Looking For
We are searching for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Credit Specialist with at least one year of experience in the U.S. credit repair industry. You must have a strong understanding of credit reports, dispute processes, and funding strategies. If you have a track record of helping clients boost their credit scores, remove inaccurate negative items, and obtain funding, you’re exactly who we need!

Key Responsibilities
- Credit Repair & Disputes: Work with Dispute Fox software to challenge and remove inaccurate negative items on client credit reports.
- Client Support: Guide clients through the credit repair process, answer questions, and provide education on maintaining a strong credit profile.
- Business Funding Preparation: Help clients optimize their credit profiles to qualify for funding opportunities.
- Communication & Reporting: Work directly with the CEO to report progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all dispute processes follow legal and ethical guidelines under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent English Speaker & Writer (Clear communication is a must!)
- 1+ Years Experience in U.S. Credit Repair (You must understand credit disputes, inquiries, and the funding process.)
- Experience with Dispute Fox Software (Or the ability to learn it quickly.)
- Excellent Decision-Making & Problem-Solving Skills (You’ll be handling complex credit situations.)
- High Emotional Intelligence & Resilience (You’ll be working with clients facing financial challenges.)
- Strong Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail (Credit repair requires precision!)
- Ability to Work EST Business Hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday-Friday)
