We are a professional credit repair company seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Credit Repair Specialist & Processor to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position requiring applicants to work U.S. Central Time (CST) hours. If you’re committed to delivering top-tier results and providing excellent customer service, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Analyze credit reports to identify inaccuracies and opportunities for improvement.
Create and send effective dispute letters using laws such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Successfully remove negative items, including:
Collections
Charge-offs
Late payments
Repossessions
Bankruptcies
Inquiries
Derogatory marks
File FTC Reports and CFPB Complaints for clients.
Freeze or block personal information with agencies like Core Logic, Lexis Nexis, Sage Stream, ChexSystems, and Innovis.
Remove Experian inquiries within 24 hours using advanced techniques.
Communicate effectively with clients via
Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
Manage correspondence using tools like Letter Stream and Humble Fax.
Requirements:
MUST have a reliable and stable internet connection.
MUST commit to completing an 8-hour shift daily during U.S. Central Time (CST).
MUST be able to handle 8 or more customers per day efficiently.
Strong understanding of consumer protection laws like FCRA and FDCPA.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle calls and
Experience with credit monitoring platforms and databases.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven history of success in credit repair.
