Credit Repair Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and DETAIL ORIENTED Credit Repair Specialist to join our team in full-time, M-F 9AM - 5PM EST

As a Credit Repair Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our clients improve their credit profiles while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about financial empowerment and skilled in credit repair processes, client communication, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Conduct onboarding calls with new clients to explain the credit repair process and gather necessary information.
Handle follow-up phone calls to ensure client satisfaction and address questions or concerns.
Process monthly disputes for clients, including preparing and submitting dispute letters to credit bureaus.
Create and manage a professional, user-friendly credit repair landing page that aligns with our brand’s goals.
Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our CRM system.
Stay updated on credit repair trends, laws, and industry standards to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and client experience. Include the word repair as the first word in your response to demonstrate that you are paying attention to details
Proven experience in credit repair or a similar role, with knowledge of dispute processing and credit bureau reporting. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive client information.
Basic web development skills or experience with landing page builders (e.g., ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar).
Familiarity with CRM tools and client management processes.
Knowledge of financial literacy concepts and a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
