Client Consultation:
• Conduct initial consultations to assess clients’ credit situations.
• Explain the credit repair process and set realistic expectations.
• Credit Report Analysis:
• Review and analyze credit reports from major bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion).
• Identify errors, outdated information, and negative items that may impact the credit score.
• Dispute and Negotiation:
• Prepare and submit dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors to challenge inaccuracies.
• Negotiate with creditors to settle or remove negative items.
• Education and Guidance:
• Advise clients on best practices for credit management, budgeting, and improving financial health.
• Educate clients on how credit scoring works and how to maintain good credit.
• Monitoring and Follow-up:
• Track the progress of disputes and ensure timely follow-up with credit bureaus.
• Monitor clients’ credit reports and provide updates on improvements or necessary actions.
• Compliance:
• Ensure all actions comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and relevant regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive client information securely.
